Files remain in recycle bin...

after emptying the recycle bin until I switch to another folder and then
return to the RB. anyone else see this weirdness? Upon revisiting the
RB, it is empty. crazy frickin Vista.

Do a complete Windows Update, followed by a Disk Cleanup and Defrag.
