Default Error code 0x80004005

I was trying to load iTunes and received a message to reregister my vbscript.
I used the command prompt and typed "regsvr32 vbscript.dll" and received the
following message:

The module "vbscript.dll" was loaded but the call to DIIRegisterServer
failed with error code 0x80004005.

Can anyone help me decode what this means?

Run it from and "elevated command prompt"
Type cmd in the search box above the Start Orb, when cmd.exe appears at the top,
right click and select "Run as Administrator".
