Using windows XP i was able to record a sound and edit it to make it faster
slower ect. so my question is why cant i do that with vista, or if i can can
someone tell me how, because i would really like to be able to do that again.
Sound Recorder is included with Vista, just type it into the start/search
line. For editing, whether in XP or Vista, you need additional software
designed for that purpose. There are many, many wave editors available for
free.
