Default Easy Transfer - Easy Transfer error messages - creating accounts

I'm trying to transfer files from my XP machine to a new machine with Vista.
When I use Easy Transfer and use the Advanced option to select files &
settings to transfer, it asks me to verify which accounts I want to transfer.
After selecting the accounts for both old and new machine, the software
flashes an 'error creating accounts' message. It won't allow me to continue
past this. What can I do to get rid of this message and continue with the
migration? Help.
