DVD Maker

I am trying to burn a dvd using dvd maker at the end I get the following erro
messages The owner SId on per user-subscription does not exists

I cannot find and solution or inforation about this, can anyone please help
me.

My notebook is ASUS I rang them up and they told me to uninstall nero, and it
still it did not fix my problem so I rang then up again and I was told to do
a recovery and not to install nero, it works now.
