If you know the burn speed of your DVD ....they differ from model to
model...you can do a google on "dvd burn speed"

Well... DVD burn speed is not the only thing that might impact the time it
takes to burn a DVD. Anything else going on when you burn the DVD? Indexing?
Disk defragmentation? 3rd party apps that might be running in the background
using system resources? It's not a simple question with a simple answer...
