Default Driver blocked due to compatability issues

Installed Vista Home Premium upgrade. All is well except for a nag
screen I get at boot up.

It refers to a Sonic Solutions DLA.

Roxio offers a patch;however, it is for Roxio Creator 9 which I do not
have. I have ver 10.

Then it tells me to that since Drag to Disk 32 vista could not be
located on your system. Re-install Drag to Disk 32 Vista and run the
patch again.

Were might I find the driver. I looked in Device manager and nothing
found.

Thank you for any help you may offer.
Dave
