When you're at Picture Location, what does it read when you click Browse? Do
the pictures show up then? Have you checked your Recycle Bin to see if they
were deleted - and then you can restore them? Do you do weekly back-ups?
Restore to a date when the wallpapers were there.
After i go to picture location and then click Browse, it doesn't do
anything, just takes me back to Personalization again. No, I don't do weekly
back-ups. How do I do that? How do I to back and restore to a date when I
had the wallpaper working then?

Since you are not using back ups, I would suggest then using System Restore
and hope that you have a Restore Point when your wallpapers were still
working. Then go to Back Up and Restore Center and start using the weekly
schedule. Good luck.
