Default Date Format

XP allowed me to have a date of the form ...

yyyy.mm.dd

The closest I can come in Vista is ...

yyyy-mm-dd

How can I change the "-" to "." in Vista to match my XP standard?

Instead of settling for the standard options available in the drop-list,
simply place the cursor in the format field, and manually enter your desired
format.
