Default crash

I have 3 hard drives and on hard drive 2 and 3 I have an Image of Vista
because I have Vista Ultimate. I got in the "System Recovery Options" under
operating system, and there was nothing listed. I tried to load the drivers
and nothing would load. I tried using the Startup Repair which didn't help.
System Restore didn't help. Window complete PC restore didn't help because
of my extra hard drives and I'm not sure what to do about that. Not even my
diagnostic tool would work. I tried to re-install Vista and that didn't work
because I have an upgrade. I even tried ghost 9.0 to load an image of XP and
that didn't work. This is a screw up mess so can anyone help me.

Thanks Richard

Hello Richard,
Sorry to hear about this problem.
Can you specify a bit clearer, you cannot boot? you get an error message?
How were the drives configured? one partition on each disk? c: d: e:?

Is it a disk failure?

Not sure what the original problem was but if it is what I guess you can
bootup on a USB stick and run chkdsk or take out the disk and add it to a
machine that works and run chkdsk on the machine from there to check for bad
blocks.
Do you know if it is SATA or IDE disks?

It was the third hard drive that caused all the problems so I took it off
and now I pulled my image back and I'm OK again..
