Computer Icon changed to WORD Icon with an envelope

The Computer icon has changed to an email envelope with a WORD 'W' icon next
to it. How to I change it back to the original icon?

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories and right-click
on the Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".
Type in: SFC /SCANNOW and press your Enter key.

This command scans the operating system critical files and replaces any
files that are corrupt.
