Default BUG: file delete progress bar is shown AFTER the message access de

when you try to delete a file used by another application, Vista shows a
message of file in use, but AFTER that message you'll see a file delete
progress bar.

reproduction steps:
1. with Internet Explorer 7, upload a 10MB file on http://www.virustotal.com/
2. while the file is uploading, try to delete that file
3. re-try to delete that file
.... and you'll see a progress bar AFTER "file in use" message error.

why a file deleting progress bar is shown if the file can't be deleted? This
is an huge bug!

It's not a bug.

it's a bug, because Vista shows a progress bar dialog box even if the file
can't be deleted. And this progress bar dialog box is shown AFTER the "access
denied" error. Progress bar should NOT be displayed when an "access denied"
error occurs, because the file is not deleted.

Just to add my 2c worth... it also maintains the dialog if a delete (of an
accessible, not read-only, not in-uise, perfectly deletable file) has been
cancelled. *that's* a bug <g>
