Default blue screen while turning off

just a normal blue screen no words or anything. help will be much appreciated.

Do you have any system events with the source of Bugcheck on the machine?

its not a regular bluescreen, it has a flicker. plz help.

\Device\HarddiskVolume2\Windows\System32\rundll32. exe
