Avoiding blue highlight on menu bar?

I've always run XP with the Classic theme and am now thinking of upgrading to
Vista. Now, the Classic theme in Vista looks quite poor IMHO.

I'd actually quite like to use the new Aero interface, but there's something
about it that really bugs me. It actually began with XP.

Microsoft's use of the blue highlight for the menu bar. Not for the actual
menu itself, but the actual menu header. It jars against the rest of the Aero
interface.

Is there any way to prevent this in Vista, without switching to the Classic
theme?

In that post, when I mention 'The preferred look', I don't mean the whole
interface should look classic, I just want to avoid that blue highlight in
the menu bar (remember, the menu itself as you move the mouse up and down is
ok), but the header looks poor.

Didn't really answer the question.

Wonder of there's a theme to stop it...seems the implementation of menus in
Vista is just plain inconsistent.

Cheers Adam,

That only allows you to change the colour.

What I can't stomach is when using the standard Vista theme, if you display
the menu bar, all you get is a classic menu bar against the rest of the aero
styled window.
