Default ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Series

Details of my system are as follows:

Windows Vista Home Basic 2006
Intel® Celeron(R) D CPU 3.33 GHz
Memory (RAM) 447 MB
3325 Mhz 1 Core
1 logical processor
ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series
System Type 32-bit Operating System
Manufacturer Fujitsu Siemens Computers

I have been having a real problem with my PC being REALLY slow! I have
found the following problem mentioned under System Info, but don't know what
to do about it. I looked at my Problems & Solutions but can't see it
reported there. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated!

These drivers are causing Windows to resume slowly:
NAME ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver
FILENAME atikmdag.sys
PUBLISHER ATI Technologies Inc
DEVICE ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series
DATE REPORTED Mon June 15, 2009 7:39 PM
Time taken 7.8 seconds
If you no longer use the device, consider uninstalling it. For more
information, click on Help

Thanks in advance - JD
