Application Error - CD MFC Application has stopped working

Hi,
I have drafting a brief about vista ultimate os problem in my system
occured frequently.

So, i cannot able to work with vista ultimate pl me out to solve this
problem, and the error message as given below.

Problem :
1. CD MFC Application has Stopped Working
2. COM Surrogate has Stopped Working.
3. If start the vista ultimate it's very slow booting
4. Lot's of compatible issues in Vista Operating system

So, help me out to solve the above issues ASAP.
