Default Adding Printer /Printing

I get this error everytime I try to add or delete a Printer. "Spooler
SubSytem App stooped working and was closed" "The Print Spooler service
terminated unexpectedly". Please adviced on how to fix this problem.

Please advise printer manufacturer, model and whether or not you are using
and have checked the manufacturer's website for the latest Vista compatible
drivers.
