Add Remove programs has disappeared from Control Panel

I'm running Vista and have just noticed that in Classic View, the Add/Remove
programs has disappeared...any ideas on restoration?

Check to see if you have "Programs and Features", the new name for Add/Remove
Programs in Windows Vista.

It was never there, it has been renamed to "Programs and Features" in Vista.
