Default Add a program to default DVD menu?

How do I add a program to the menu that pops up when inserting a blank (or
other) DVD?

Hi David,

There is no option to so in the GUI, afaik. Check the following MSDN article to learn how to add an autoplay entry manually.

Preparing Hardware and Software for Use with AutoPlay:

Thanks, Rameesh. Unfotunately, I'm an avergae human being and I have no idea
what the article you references is telling me! Am I looking to add a
"device handling event?" Is there a way to do what i'm trying to do without
editing the registry such as right clicking in just the right place and
selecting "add program to this menu?" Simple things for simple minds ...

Hi David,

There is no other option without editing the registry. May be I'll write a tool to add or remove AutoPlay handlers for Vista. Note that TweakUI PowerToy for Windows XP has this feature.
