Default Active "sync" should be renamed Active "Stinks"

Why cant Microsoft put some basic features into there active sync products
instead of all the other garbage that nobody has any use for. Here is my
wish list....

1) A built in method to sync with lotus notes

2) a way to "export only" data from the computer to a device and vice versa.

3) A message informing the user what changes are going to be made before it
happens.

I have to use some third party application to sync with lotus notes (my at
work application) which is not compatible with VISTA and Outlook (my home
application) causing me headaches beyond repair.

whenever i sync my email and i delete it from my device, it deletes it from
my computer which i DONT WANT. Another headache.

Finally, because i have to use a third party application to sync with Lotus
notes and it is not compatible with vista, it deleted all my contacts on my
device and low and behold when i went to work to resync the !@#$%^ device
again, Activestinks deleted all my contacts at work without this peice of
garbage software telling me what it is going to do.

Microsoft, look at blackberry sync software. it is very basic but it just
works.

thanks Microsoft, after all these issues, my brain is going to explode.
