Default Activation problem

I upgraded my pc from XP to Vista Home Premium months ago. I had activated
it. Now, some update ran, and it's asking me again to activate. The code on
my Vista disk won't work (already in use....yeah, of course. It's supposed
to be!) I have no other code to type in, and retyping this one just gets me
the same error message. There is no way I am re-buying a product key that I
already have!

Default Re: Activation problem

Choose the option to activate by phone.
Call Microsoft at the displayed number for your region, normally done
in less than 10 minutes.
No need to buy anything.
