I recently upgraded from XP to Vista Ultimate and i am now promted after 28
days to type in my product key which i have done and still i get an error?!

Which product key are you using? You should be using the one that came with
Vista and not the one for XP. Are you using an upgrade version of Vista or
the full version? Both versions will install from scratch but the upgrade
version needs to be reinstalled on top of itself in order for it to be able
to be activated. If this is the case then I suggest that you backup your data
files and use the procedure in the post 'Activation error Home Premium UG
over Win XP Prof', also in this newsgroup, to help you clean install.
