Default 250F.tmp has stopped working

Hi,

This message comes up quite a bit lately when I login to my computer. Can
anybody shed any light on what it means please and if it is anything to
worry about? Or indeed, if I can rectify it?

250F.tmp has stopped working.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close
the program and notify you if a solution is available.

W.

This does not sound like a legitimate program file. What
antivirus/antispyware protection are you using and when is the last time
your computer was scanned and cleaned?
