Default xp to vista - novice

My wife has xp & eudora. Santa brought her a new computer with vista.
I'd like to move her over to the latest vista version of Outlook.
Can i buy this unbundled?

I use office 2007. I dont think it is unbundled. You will have to look
around try gooogle.

Since she now has Vista which includes Windows Mail and Windows Calendar
which have many of the outlook features that were not in Outlook Express she
may have no need for Outlook.
