Windows Vista Enterprise Volume License

I have Windows Vista Enterprise installed, but I can't see any Language Pack
Downloads in Windows Update. Why? Can anybody help?

Windows Vista language packs are available only for computers
that are running Windows Vista Ultimate. The Windows Vista
language packs can be installed only from the Windows Ultimate
Extras section on the Windows Update Web site. The language
packs are not available on the Microsoft Windows Server Update
Services (WSUS) Web site or on the Microsoft Download Center.

Vista Enterprise already supports 'All worldwide interface languages'. You
probably should contact your Administrator concerning installation since
its only available with Volume License contracts.
