Default windows live toolbar install

cannot install the windows live toolbar because i am being told that i have
log on as the administrator. I am logged on as the administrator. any help

Hi,

Right click the setup file, choose "run as administrator". By default, even
an administrator has to self-elevate to enable access to system folders.
