Default Windows Anytime Upgrade Pack (Home Premium to Ultimate)

I recently purchased the Windows Anytime Upgrade Pack (Windows Vista Home
Premium to Windows Vista Ultimate). When I run it from the Home Premium
environment. I get a message about the product key will not install on this
windows environment. I'm trying to figure out why? Any suggestions?
Tom
