Default will not except key

About a year ago I purchased a new computer, I bought an OEM copy of Vista
Business edition.

About 2 months ago, I must of gotten a power surge and lost the motherboard
and processor, I purchased a new boad and processor, installed Vista Buisness
edition, but it said they key was already in use.

Is there a way I can use this key again, or I need to purchase a new key.

Thanks.

Mike

Use the phone activation. Since it's OEM if you didn't get the
motherboard from the original manufacturer you may not be able to use
the key.
