Default Is W2K upgradable to Vista Ultimate?

Can I upgrade W2K to Vista Ultimate by using upgrade version of Vista
Ultimate DVD?

You can use Windows 2000 as an upgrade, but it will require a clean install,
rather than an inplace upgrade. You will have to back up all your settings,
data, and emails.
