Is there a fix (repair) in the making? When?

I have tried all the up to date fixes, but nothing works for me.
I, too am rather displeased with Microsoft support, windows updates?!
I can't even install the windows updates now!

Fix in the making for what? You've responded to an old thread and not
included the text of what you're responding to. Most who access these
support groups do so with newsreaders and delete older posts, so they will
have no idea what you're asking about. If you have an issue you like
addressed, please start a new thread and include an appropriate subject line
and cruxt of the issue in the message area.
