Vista Versions & Networking

Which version of Vista support peer to peer networking using wired & wireless
PC's

I would think they all do. The issues
sometimes stem from multiple OS's
and/or whether or not you require a
domain, since home versions can't use one.

But, networking is different in Vista than in
previous versions of windows, and uses
different protocols, etc.

What kind of network are you looking to set up?
For home, connection sharing, or business on a lan?

Hi xantia,

As far as I am aware, they all do. However, if you are not sure whether or
not you need some of the other features of the different versions and can
afford to do so then I suggest that you use the Ultimate version. This has
all the features of both the Home and Business versions of Vista rolled into
one.
