Vista upgrade from Home Premium to Vista Ultimate Fails

I ordered a Vista upgrade online for Vista Home Premiup to Vista Ultimate.
It failed with the following message:

"Windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase of
installation. To install Windows, restart the installation".

I have tried to do this 3 times and it has failed each time. My computer
is a lenovo T61 fully up-to-date and compatible.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
