Vista Home Premium SP1

Dear all,

I need help on installing SP1.

It stopped at stage 1 21% and after reboot, it stopped again at stage 1 24%,
then stage 1 54%, then stage 1 65%, finally it stopped totally at stage 3
71%. I have to use Norton Ghost to reinstall my OS.

Please help.
