Default Vista and Foxconn

I have a Foxconn motherboard model NF4K8AB-RS, and was trying to test Vista
out but to no avail. I ran the Vista upgrade advisor and it didn't come up
with any hardware problems other than my Sound Blaster Live sound card, the
install went fine it copied the files ok and did all the things it was meant
to do, but got to the point after the reboot to where you see the green bar
along the bottom as it's trying to boot into Windows and there it hangs. My
question is has anyone else have this particular motherboard and got Vista to
complete the install and boot into Vista successfully, and if so how did they
do it.
