Vista Business and IIS 7

When trying to switch IIS on, install begins then fails after about 10%. No
error as such just a message that an error was encountered and some of the
features did not get turned on?

Looking for some indication of what's wrong. Thought there'd be an IIS.log
file somewhere, an't find one? Any thoughts?
