Default Using WET from Vista 64 to Vista 32

I currently have upgrade to Vista Ultimate 64 but have found that
several old programs that my kids use will not install under the 64 bit
version.

I want to downgrade to vista 32. I've installed it on another partition
to dual boot and used WET to create the migration file under Vista 64.

When I attempted to read the file under Vista 32, it can't. I have a
ton of settings that I want to keep. Is there anyway to migrate Outlook
settings, etc from 64 to 32 or do I have to set all that up again and
manually copy all the files myself?

Thanks!
