Default Upgraded to Ulitmate but it still says I'm running Home Premium

I recently purchased the 64 bit Windows Vista Ultimate upgrade with Service
Pack 1. I installed in on an Toshiba running OEM 64 bit Vista Home Premium.
It said that it required phone activation, which I did. It completed
successfully, but when I look at the computer properties it still reads
Windows Vista Home Premium. What's the deal?
