Default Upgraded Advisor Fails

the upgrade advisor app routinely fails about 1/2 way thru the assessment of
my HP Pavilion zd8000 and my Stylistic ST5000 series tablet.... I'm treating
it as a warning not to even think about it....

Hi,

Try disabling any active antivirus and spyware software.
