Where is some documentation that describes, in detail, the options,
parameters and specifications of the unattend.xml file used to perform
unattended installations of Vista using WDS?

For Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 server the document used to be titled
"Answer File Parameters for Unattended Installation of Windows 2000 Family of
Operating Systems"

Hello Bob,
You need to download and install the Windows AIK
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...C6D-15F3-4284-
9123-679830D629F2&displaylang=en
It contains the help files with the unattended settings as well as tools to
help generate the unattended file
