SP 0x080070002 error - install

After endless problems with interrupted downloads of SPack by Update, I
Finally got SPack by downloading it direct into a temp file and - guess what?
Now it intrerrupts during installation - for God's sake! Vista is a
complete and utter nightmare! I'm betting NOBODY knowes where to go from
here? The error code is: 0x080070002
Please...someone...help....
