Default Retail CD key on a technet downloaded iso?

Hi.

A while ago I purchased a retail copy of Vista Ultimate (pre-sp1) and more
recently a technet subscription. As I tend to to reformat my computer and
reinstall windows quite regularly, am I OK to download an iso of Vista
Ultimate with SP1 already on it from technet, and use my own CD key to
install it on my primary machine?

I would like to avoid the extra hours doing all the windows updates after
each install...

Thanks.
