Remove the desktop from ALT+ TAB and Flip 3D

I remember seeing an option once when I first got Vista that would allow me
to remove the desktop from the options that come up when using alt+ tab. Now
it has been a few months and I can't remember nor figure out where that is.
Does anyone else know?
