Reinstalling Ultimate Following WAU

Hello:

I would love some assistance from the team here. I have had Windows
Ultimate running for some time, which I upgraded from Premium using WAU (back
in March of 2007). Now, due to a motherboard failure, I have put in a new
mobo and installed the original Windows Premium. Can I just upgrade to
Ultimate using the Premium disc (which is a WAU disc) and the Ultimate key I
have?

Hi John,

Yes, of course you can. You may find that activation will need to be phoned
in, but there's reason you can't.
