Default Recovering from reduced functionality mode

I had an issue where my Vista install wouldn't activate due to a key issue.
It then expired and went into reduced mode before I could resolve the issue.
My Vista install is now activated and validated, but my start menu is still
gone and all the settings I had before are gone... any ideas on how to
recover my settings?

Hi Woodishi--

If you have resolved the issue, call MSFT amd ask for actifvation and get
them to generate a PK that works.
