ReadyBoost

Must reinitialize Ready Boost each time I restart my computer, ( it reverts
back to just a flash drive), must unplug flash drive and reinsert flash drive
after boot-up and then it is ok untill the next time I start up my computer!
what is wrong? Using an APACER USB 2.0, 2GB HT203R-4 200X "Handy Steno
drive" enhanced for Ready Boost.
