Premium to Ultimate SP1 Anytime Upgrade Pack

DVD pack reads, "Upgrade from Windows Vista Home Premiun to Windows Vista
Ultimate with SP1"
I have SP1 installed on Home Premium. Do I need to uninstall it before
upgrade??

If your Ultimate upgrade has SP1, then no, you don't have to uninstall
SP1 from home premium.

Be sure to backup all your data before upgrading.
