when trying to install the update for vista i will get a pop up with
this message in it "windows could not start the background inteligent
transfer service in local computer.......Erroe 193:0xcl". and now when
i try to download and install anything from the web it doesnt work. It
will download but when installing will get a similar pop up any ideas?
