Default My hp photosmart essential 205 stopped working.

Message from Windows ' hpphotosmart essential has stopped working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.'I
have not had a solution and hp help desk has concluded that my system is at
fault. Still waiting for solution from windows. Anybody had the same problem?

Hi charliemike,

Did you setup this program from the disk supplied or did you download it
from the Web? If you used the disk then it is possible that an updated
version can be found from the website. Try the link given below.

Thanks but I downloaded the package. I am trying to get windows to confirm
why it is not working.
