Default Missing FIle windows root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

I have loaded vista 64 Ultimate onto my computer and if I take the install
disk out it comes up with the above error. I have tried reloading but have
the same problem. Any suggetions?

can start either in Windows Vista or in Windows XP
