Minimum Requirements

I have a question, I have 2 PCs with XP Pro, one with a 256mb GE Force video
card and the other with a S3 Savage 32mb Video card...

Can I Install Vista Ultimate on the PC with a 32mb Video Card?

Some more info:

Processor P4 2.6 GHtz
1GB RAM

Run the Vista Upgrade advisor on the machine..

You might want to run it on both..
